HRC Mission

The Health Resource Center of Cincinnati, Inc. serves homeless and at risk individuals who are in need of psychiatric,or social services and whose needs for service are not being met by other agencies.
HRC advocates for the de-stigmatization of mental illness.

HRC Guiding Values
The Health Resource Center of Cincinnati, Inc. believes that:
- Persons who can not access care on their own have a right to mental health care and psychiatric care.
- Persons have the right to affordable access to the prescription medications prescribed to them.
- HRC has a responsibility to educate others that mental disorders are an illness.
- HRC has a responsibility to advocate for persons with mental illness.
- Persons should be viewed and cared for as a whole persons, not just a mental illness or addiction.
- HRC has a responsibility to advocate for the de-stigmatization of mental illness and substance abuse on all levels.
- Each person served has an inherent uniqueness that can be called upon in the healing process.
