The Health Resource Center of Cincinnati, Inc. believes that:
Persons who can not access care on their own have a right to medical care and psychiatric care.
Persons have the right to affordable access to the prescription medications prescribed to them.
HRC has a responsibility to educate others that mental disorders are an illness.
HRC has a responsibility to advocate for persons with mental illness.
Persons should be viewed and cared for as a whole persons, not just a mental illness or addiction.
HRC has a responsibility to advocate for the de-stigmatization of mental illness and substance abuse on all levels.
Each person served has an inherent uniqueness that can be called upon in the healing process.
