Mental Health Services

The little clinic with a big heart

The HRC provides affordable "safety-net" services for low-income, indigent, and homeless adults and transitional youth who have mental, emotional, behavioral, and/or substance use disorders. Our psychiatrist and nurse prescribers  can provide psychotropic medication. Our counselors and nurse-therapists provide diagnostic assessments, counseling, and psychotherapeutic care. In addition to these core mental health services, we provide other "safety net" services such as psychoeducation and case management. When clients need services not provided by HRC Mental Health Care, we rely on our large network of referral sources to assist us in connecting our clients to the services they need.
